Why Black n Brown in Employer Brand?

Across industries, we can easily see Employer/Talent Brand playing major roles in how companies brand their Diversity and Inclusion efforts. As I see it, Black and Brown people play an incredibly important role in Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing, especially in an era when diversity and inclusion are becoming more of a priority for businesses. Black and Brown people bring an invaluable and unique perspective to the table, making them essential for businesses to reach their goals. This unique perspective comes directly from our own lived experiences. We are the audience that these companies are trying to attract.


Companies that focus on increasing diversity in their recruitment efforts have seen an increase in innovation and creativity, making them better equipped to stay competitive in the tech industry and beyond. Companies should make sure to include Black and Brown people in their recruitment efforts(while avoiding exploitive actions), as having a diverse team will only benefit them in the long run.
