Many organizations struggle to authentically represent and attract diverse talent, often due to a lack of understanding and resources dedicated to inclusive employer branding. This gap results in workplaces that do not reflect the rich diversity of the broader society, leading to missed opportunities for innovation and growth.

What we do

As the founder and sole team member of Black and Brown in Employer Brand, I undertook a multifaceted role to address these challenges:

  • Community Building: Established a vibrant online community that serves as a platform for Black and Brown professionals in employer branding to connect, share experiences, and support one another.
  • Content Creation: Developed and disseminated educational materials, including articles, webinars, and workshops, focusing on best practices for inclusive employer branding.
  • Consultation Services: Offered personalized consulting to organizations seeking to enhance their employer brand strategies, ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Advocacy: Actively promoted the importance of diversity and inclusion in employer branding through speaking engagements, social media campaigns, and collaborations with industry leaders.

Black and Brown in Employer Brand is dedicated to transforming workplace narratives by:
